System Construction
1. Z type bucket conveyor:
Raise material to multihead weigher which controls the start and stop of the hoister.
2. 10 heads multihead weigher:
Used for target weight weighing.
3. Working platform:
Support the multihead weigher.
4. Vertical packing machine:
Pack the material with high speed, and date printing sealing-off and bag cut are completed automatically.
5. Take off conveyor:
Convey the finished bag to next step.
6. Rotary table:
For finished bag collecting.
