Application:
This 8 rotary packing machine is suitable for irregular lumpy and granular materials, such as candy, puffed food,
small biscuits, fired dried fruit, sugar, frozen food and hardware and plastic products,etc.
Technical Feature
1. Easy to operate, adopt advanced PLC controller, mate with touch screen and electric control system,
the man-machine interface is friendly.
2. Automatic checking: no pouch or pouch open error, no fill, no seal.
3. The machine could be protected well when it stops with parking brake function.
4. Low consumption of the packing material. The machine is advanced with perfect sealing and leaving
complete prints with pre-made bags.
5. The measuring machine could be added based on the packing material(such as automatic screw filling machine,
intelligent combined weigher, liquid filling machine).
6. It conform to hygienic standards of food processing industry. The contact parts are made of stainless steel or
other materials which suits the hygienic standards to ensure the hygienic security.
7. It is suitable for a broad range packing materials, suit for multi-lay compound, monolayer PE , PP and so on
preformed bagmade by film and paper.
